Virtua Tennis 2009 (Wii)
I love this game!! I find a lot of games for the wii have bad graphics but these ones are good. The gameplay is fantastic and you can play online against people all over the world. In world tour mode you can shop play tournaments , play mini games and work out with (what sega say is legandary) Tim Henman. If you dont want to buy the wii motion + then dont because the game is almost as good without it but the tiny wee add on makes the game feel more reallistic.

I just tried this game yesterday. What struck me as very bad is that when you play in two player mode (single match) the screen is NOT split so one players ends up having to swing counter-intuative as his/her player is a the top of the screen.
Also, the score count bar is partly covering the player at the top of the screen which is very difficult when you need to return a service! This could easily have been avoided by having it disappear during the match! Bad call from Sega.
This even worse for the Wii version as the Wii is typical used to play games together with family/friends...
The only decent way to play with two is by playing a double match against two AIs.
At first attempt the single player mode works quite nice (both in normal and motion-plus), all I need to do now is practice a bit more :-)

This game is great! I have played it a few times by myself and with friends. After a while your arm gets sore which i suppose isnt a bad thing. The graphics arent that bad for the wii either. Everything about this game is ace apart from one small thing. Everything you start a round of tennis you have to point your mote at your player. It would of been far better just to press the A button to continue. Nevermind, you get used to it after a while.

If you liked the tennis on Wii Sport then you will love this version.
The graphics are much better - I really recommend this - lots of fun and can really bring out the competitive nature in you!
