Ordered this to use with my HTC Desire, plugged in the HTC's USB cable then into the car power socket and it charged, simple as that.

I had ordered this product before reading the reviews and was really disheartended to read that it didn't work with the iPhone which was the sole reason for me purchasing it. However, this charger does work with my 3GS and also a few friends have tried it with their before they buy one and it has worked with theirs also
