At this time of year funds are a bit tight. Nonetheless, I decided to bite the bullet and try out Windows Vista. With an Asus A7V8X-X mobo, nVidia 6200 AGP video card and a 2.6G Athlon I thought I might just about squeak it in but Aero needs at least a Gig, and I only had 512Mb of 333MHz DDR on board.
The Kingston ValuRAM is the best value for money in the market but it does the job. And I defy anyone to find it cheaper than Amazon.
Vista is now up and running and may even have an edge on XP but I am sure that this is entirely due to the memory upgrade. Excellent value - top marks. I have already ordered another one for my daughter's machine...

I recently purchased a stick of Kingston Value RAM from BASE, through Amazon and I am completely satisfied with it. I would recommend it to anyone looking for similar specification RAM.It installed easily and worked straight away, without any problems.

My Dad now 83 years old, badly needed to upgrade to his Dell Dimension PC limping along on 256MB RAM.
Through online searching I came to Amazon.co.uk and 512MB Kinston Value RAM supplied by Addonsworld.
His Dell PC specs were carefully compared with the Kingston Value RAM and when a match was confirmed we ordered two.
The RAM arrived, strongly packaged and within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
The installation was seamless and after confirming the upgrade on the system setup, once booted up, his PC now flies.
He is thrilled that he now can talk to and see his great-grandchildren on Skype video.
