A perfectly decent set of budget headphones. The sound quality is pretty good, but not stunning.
The cable is a little bit shorter than most. It's fine for walking along with an MP3 player in your jeans pocket but won't go much further than that.
They're a basic round shape, which is fine for most people, but personally they don't stick in my ears quite as well as some of the more interestingly-shaped ones I've had in the past.
If, like me, you find that headphone cables get broken every few months (because you've yanked them a bit hard) then you'll find these JVCs are average in that respect- no better, no worse.
Because they're well priced, these headphones are better than the other headphones out there at this kind of price range. If you're looking for maximum quality and comfort you might have to spend a bit more money than this though.

For the price I wasnt expecting much but my old apple earphones were broken. So I thought I would try these and wish i had earlier! Fit better then the Apple earphones and to my ears sound better too! Great value for money. Only thing that lets them down is they look fairly bland so 4/5 stars!

Good quality product considering the price tag. Much more comfortable (at least I find it) than the iPod earphones I had before. It's true that the wire is quite short but I actually prefer not having a really long one. It's long enough that it's not annoying. Also I like the fact that the wire is pretty strong which makes it much more durable than others. All in all a great buy.

When the original earphones on my iPod broke, I found a replacement Apple type was a ridiculous price (even if they are top quality). After trying half a dozen different earphones, I found the Gumy brand and I have returned to these every time they break (usually because I have pulled the wires too much). They are comfortable to wear and a great sound.
