This item is a sight for sore eyes for anyone who desperately wants to protect the screen on their new handset. This screen protector has been specially cut to fit the screen of your compatible mobile phone. Super thin, crystal clear material has been used to disguise the screen protector for practical use. The screen protector is also highly resistant to scratches and can easily be removed once applied so no sticky residue is left behind. A free cleaning cloth has also been included for easy application and for your convenience. I must be lucky, because I got a cleaning cloth. Albeit a very small one.
The screen protectors do the job well! I messed up the first on because I didn't read the instructions properly (and because I'm an idiot). There are three layers for each protector; a clear back cover (red label), the protector itself, and a clear front cover (black label).
Peel the back cover off first, then align the protector and front cover. Once stuck in place, peel the front cover off, and hopefully it will leave the protector in place.
If your using these protectors with the rubber nexus one skin from accessory village, trim about 1-2mm off three of the edges before trying to apply. That should leave you with enough room to seat the protector properly.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the contents seem to be inconsistent. I received only 4 screen protectors and one of them had a layer missing rendering its useless. They fit my Desire perfectly and are easy to apply providing you follow the instructions (if you got them).
The down side is they leave a terrible haze over the screen from finger prints. This makes the screen dim and leaves a visible greasy layer. Such a shame that you lose the benefits of the bright, colourful vibrant screen you chose the phone for. The response of touches also seems to have a slight delay.
I guess you get what you pay for.
I have never used screen protectors before on any of my previous phones, so maybe these issues are normal? I probably wont be buying them again though. I prefer the look and feel of the phone without them and the chances of actually scratching the hardened glass screen are very small anyway.
In summary, if your happy with a greasy, hazey screen, buy these.

Brilliant screen protectors! No bubbles, easy to put on and really good quality. Price makes this a bargain too.

As others have mentioned the received product seems to vary greatly. I received the 5 protectors, with the only instructions written on the small tabs on the protective screen.
The screen protector fits quite well, better than many others I have seen. The protector decreases the 'smoothness' of the screen, but it does not effect the use of the touch screen at all.
All in all I am very please with this product, but at the end of the day you get what you pay for, I envisage needing to replace the protector after a month or so.
My advise for applying the protector is:
Use a microfibre clothe (I used a specsavers one free one) to completely clean the screen.
Peel of tab 1 and quickly apply to the screen from the bottom up (for positioning)
Use a credit card to smooth out any bubbles that have formed before removing tab 2 (as it will scratch the protector)
Peel of tab 2 and wipe again

Delivery was super quick.
Received the 5 protectors with cleaning cloth and applicator card but used my debit card as it is "harder" than the thin and weak card applicator provided. None of these screen protectors are easy to apply to smartphones but after some practice you get the hang of it (I've applied a few before to other phones so I usually manage fine with the first one). I have only one fairly small bubble at the edge of the screen which is anyway on the black part of the Desire's screen so not a major issue and certainly not in the way nor irritating.
Sensitivity and responsiveness of the screen is not impaired at all and feels very natural. Gets slightly greasy but way less than without the screen protector.
A must to protect your screen and excellent price for 5 protectors.
